Students are to use the Geog 1 textbooks on page 138 to plot the mountainous/high areas of the UK as well as major rivers. A table is given with all key places to include and maps include the outlines of rivers and mountains. Students also have a worksheet focusing on what makes the UK where students use map work to plot all countries, capitals, oceans/seas. A starter activity looking at 10 places around the UK and a twitter based plenary to finish.
